Thank you for supporting independent, handmade art. Every piece is woven with care and dispatched from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
1. Order Processing Time
  • Standard Stock: All orders are processed and packed within  3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: Please allow 5–11 business days for your custom macramé creation to be completed and shipped.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking tracking link the moment your package departs our studio.
2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3–7 business days via Stallion Express.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
3. International Shipping (United States & Worldwide)
  • US Delivery Estimates: Typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
  • International Delivery Estimates: Typically arrives within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
  • Duties and Customs: International packages may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or VAT. These fees are determined by your destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
