Shipping & Delivery
  • Where do you ship from?
    All pieces are meticulously handcrafted and shipped directly from my studio in Ontario, Canada.
  • How much is shipping?
    We proudly offer Free Shipping to Canada and the USA on all orders over $180. For international orders or orders under $180, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location.
  • When will my piece ship, and what is your creation process?Because each piece is meticulously hand-dyed and knotted by hand, please allow 4 to 7 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and dispatched.
  • Will I have to pay customs, duties, or border tariffs?
    No. All orders shipping to the United States cross the border seamlessly with zero duties, customs fees, or hidden import tariffs guaranteed. International customers outside North America are responsible for their local country's import taxes.
Sizing & Plant Care
  • What size pots fit your macramé plant hangers?
    Our core hanger baskets are structurally tailored and engineered to beautifully cradle plant pots ranging from 4 inches to 8 inches in diameter.
  • Do the hangers come with the pots or plants?
    No. To ensure safe shipping, all listings include the handmade fiber art hanger only. Pots, bowls, and live plants are not included.
  • How much weight can a hanger safely support?
    Crafted with premium structural integrity, our standard organic cotton hangers securely hold up to 15 lbs when suspended from a properly anchored ceiling hook or stud-mounted wall bracket.
Returns & Custom Work
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Yes. We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back in their original, unaltered condition.
  • Can I request a custom size or specific color-block layout?
    Absolutely! We love collaborating on bespoke pieces for your unique architectural spaces. Please visit our Custom Requests page to share your dimensions and color preferences.
